SONGWRITING

Nancy is a composer who writes both solo and with various lyricists. Her song, "Lights," for which she wrote music and lyrics, was orchestrated and performed at Berklee's Curtain Up.

Nancy started writing songs when she was 13 and released her first single "In Your Arms Again."

Nancy later wrote music as part of the duo O'Connor & Dunn. They wrote two cabarets of original music [Teenage Nobodies (2019) and Summer Cabaret (2018)]. Their song "Which Way to Neverland?" was one of 15 songs selected for Curtain Up 2020: Berklee's Annual Musical-Theater Songwriting Contest and was also nominated for a SAMMY award (Syracuse Area Music Award) in 2019.

Nancy has enjoyed singing since she was young, and has performed in both choral and theatrical settings.

In 2020, Nancy teamed up with Sadie Fridley to create Driveway Jams - a socially distant in-person and live-streamed concert series.

The year before, she released the song "Your Chair" for which she also wrote the music.
